In advance of the upcoming album, longtime Guns N’ Roses keyboardist Dizzy Reed releases a new solo track titled “D.I.B.”

Guns N’ Roses, who were formed in the 1980s, saw their hit songs, such as “Paradise City,” “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” and “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door,” propel them to legendary levels of popularity. In addition to winning multiple accolades over the years, the group adopted the lifestyle of a rock star, earning them the title of “the most dangerous band in the world” from Rolling Stone. Keyboardist Dizzy Reed joined the band in 1990, however he wasn’t one of the original members. He is also the band member with the longest tenure, aside from Axl Rose. However, Reed

recently chose to release his new single, “D.I.B.”, in order to promote his new solo album.
Despite enjoying his time with Guns N’ Roses, Reed released his first solo album Rock N’ Roll Ain’t Easy in 2018 with the intention of advancing his solo career. After six years, the rock sensation is about to release a new album in August that has collaborations with well-known artists like Spencer Krasch, the front man for Delta Rose.

Aside from his solo endeavors, Reed talked on his tenure with Guns N’ Roses and expressed curiosity about the passing of time. He stated, “How the f**k has it been 30 years?” on the Thunder Underground podcast. How come time flew by? I consider myself really fortunate to have been asked to perform this role in the first place and to still be doing it.

With an eye toward the future, Reed declared, “As long as they’ll have me, I’m gonna do it,” pledging to stick with the legendary band. And this run has been fantastic. There have been some extended pauses, but they were productively spent writing and doing other things.

Despite the fact that Reed had a ton of memories from his time with Guns N’ Roses, the guitarist talked on how the band had a comeback in recent years. It’s simply been amazing. Furthermore, the past three years have been amazing. The attendance has been astounding. And it’s really unique to be a part of that. Again, I’m incredibly privileged. I truly do, guy, thank my lucky stars every single day.
