
Guns N Roses, the American glam metal hard rock band who hit it big time in the ’80s and ’90s have announced a global tour much to the delight of their fans. The announcement has come as a part of their partnership with NASCAR as the band recently played at the annual Daytona event.
So far, the tour is reported to pass through Europe and North America and will feature an eclectic mix of their age old hits as well as new material that Guns N Roses have worked on over the years.
Founded in 1985, Guns N Roses released their debut album Appetite for Destruction which went on to reach the number one spot on Billboard only one year after its release. It featured some of their most popular songs, including Sweet Child O’ Mine and Paradise City. Their follow up album called Use Your Illusion 1 continued their chart topping success with songs like Patience, Don’t Cry and Knocking on Heavens Door.

The iconic record, which celebrates its 31st anniversary later this year, contains classic tracks ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, ‘It’s So Easy’, ‘Paradise City’ and ‘Sweet Child o’ Mine’.
