‘I love my black job’: Simone Biles mocks Trump’s offensive panel remarks

American gymnast Simone Biles, a record-breaking medallist, took some time overnight to criticize Donald Trump on social media following his hurtful and inaccurate comments made during a meeting of Black journalists earlier in the week.

She replied to a previous post on X that showed her grinning with her most recent Olympic gold medal by writing, “I love my black job,” along with a black heart emoji. She tweeted this early on Friday.

The musician Ricky Davila wrote, “Simone Biles is the GOAT; she wins gold medals and dominates gymnastics. That’s her black job.”

The former president, who is once again the Republican party’s contender for president, was clearly taken down in the communications.
During the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention on Wednesday, Trump claimed that immigrants were “taking Black jobs” in the US in an interview with three of the country’s top political journalists.

“Anybody that has a job” is what he defined as a “Black job” when pressed to elaborate.

Millions of people watching live on TV and the attendees at the Chicago conference were shocked and incensed by his interview, in which he made a number of embarrassing mistakes and insults. He raised doubts about Kamala Harris’s identification as a Black woman and US vice president, the Democratic Party’s presumed presidential contender, which caused the audience to gasp and laugh mockingly.
