Wrexham AFC  has been left dumbfounded after one of their most popular staff members and supporters has left the club. The unconditional support and love given by the fans sustained Wrexham AFC during tough times. With Ryan Reynolds and Robert McElhenney bailing them out of financial crises, the fans have grown even stronger. However, the recent announcement from announcer and supporter Steve Jones has left them devastated.

The past few weeks have been quite busy for Wrexham off the field. Their stadium makeover aspiration is becoming important, keeping the owner and fans on their toes. However, amid all the progress, Wrexham’s supporters received the shocking news that the head of its stadium announcement team, Steve Jones, has parted ways with the club.

The club has reached the hands of new owners and has been in great shape since. All of a sudden, Jones, known as ‘The Voice of the Racecourse’, announced his exit via Twitter, stating that he didn’t have anything more to say. This was especially devastating as Jones has been with Wrexham for quite a few decades and has been part of their highs and lows. Jones also had family connections with the club as well as the role, as he had inherited it from his father.

This obviously did not go well with the fans, who replied with support for the veteran. Few people expressed their sadness, wishing Jones the best ahead.
